Merging my accounts has made me lost my game register

I am trying to get the last beta patch so I am trying to register my game in the members area. However, it says my serial is already being used.

Can you help me with this?

P.S.: Could it be the consecuence of merging my accounts in Slitherine? If yes, how can I recover of my register of WITE?
