Who's the boss?

Hi,

I'm playing Crimson Sky (a user scenario I downloaded from your website) as NATO. The Force Leader HQ was eliminated (I was KIA) and the game engine assigned BNHQ #3 as the new force leader HQ unit. This is shown by looking at the OOB. Everything else reports to it. But whenever I try to resupply the helo units I get a popup telling me I have to resupply them within 1500 meters of BNHQ #1 the Force Leader. How can there be 2 Force Leaders? The OOB says #3 is the boss and the popup says #1 is.

HQ#1 (damn mutineers [:D]) is in the frontlines and none of my helos are surviving long enough to land. [:(]

If by some miracle one does survive I'll be sure to let you know whether it resupplies or not.
