Radio Doctrine.

Tanks like the Pz III have this doctrine which gives a +3 against armored vehicles in attack and defense. When looking at the new purchase screen for a PZ III L it shows attack of 15 and defense of 17. Is the Radio Doctrine already included in these numbers or in combat will the +3 be added to them?
Thanks.

I found the answer. After you buy the unit, the added values show up highlighted in green within the unit info screen.
