Windows 10 Screen Resolution

I have loaded the game to my new windows 10 machine (Core i7-4790; 16GB RAM; Navidia 970) and ran into the slow scroll speed. I added switches as follows:

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -wd-altFont-cpu2-multiaudio-dd_sw

This fixed the speed issue but put my game in a box which would not scroll the map to the right. I then tried to adjust the switches but could not find a combination to put me back in full screen mode. My default resolution is 1920 x 1080.

Does anyone know how I can modify the switches to get back to into full screen mode while keeping my performance?
