Redeem Steam Key

How do I redeem the Steam Key for GtC?

I redeemed Pift successfully and when trying to reddeem for GtC I got a message in Steam that my key was already used.

And I never tried to use the Steam key before.

Thanks Zakblood, I have done this - I did get a KEY but it doesn't work in Steam.
 
Please advice on this.

Just open a tech support ticket or contact http://www.matrixgames.com/support/ with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and they will advice you more on what next to do

for me it's always better to type than copy paste, as you can take a space in and then it won't work, good luck
