No more movement allowance

Post by Cunctator »

Hello folks,
I just finished my first full campaign on the side of the allies at normal level winning in the Summer of 1943.
I'm really enjoying the game (the events are superb and immersive).

One observation:

After a complete movement a unit is browned (i.e. Ap reduced to zero).
In many occasions a unit has some AP's left but it is unable to move anymore (say for the cost of difficult terrain all around the unit).
It would be a great addiction to brown the unit also in that case, because it is annoying to select a non-browned unit just to find that no further movement is possible.

Best would be a forced march option (strength points for action points, 1:1).
This way you could a) use every AP (at a cost), and b) break out of encirclement situations where you can't move because of nearby enemy units zoc's (while leaving back all heavy equippment).
