RtM 1941 - Crossing the Border - Stalin Dream.

Hello. This is my total rework of classical RtM scenario. It is from "Whatif?" class and portrait number of assumptions:
-What if Soviets doesnt move they forces into Biyalostok pocket and form static defence line in 1939-1940?
-What if soviet rifle divisions will be fully manned.
-What if Stalins line will be manned with full strength MG Bns.
-Etc, etc.
