overland supply

looking at the maps - will there be a way to increase overland supply from what UV does? Such as truck convoys etc....

If I build an airfield in Kunming...how will I supply it with materiel etc?

I did a quick search and didn't find anything so I'm asking....
I'm essentially graphically and history oriented, unfortunately to connect the two I have to do maths. I hate maths.
