I really wanted to buy this game but the problems are many and I have seen no posting from the devs at all. Have to wait for patches, again.

I like that this guy posted his PC specs. Most videos I watch do not.

I watched the link. Two questions/observations:

1. Does it come with NATO counters as an option?
2. There seems to be a dearth of tanks, battleships and bombers. Where are they?

looks good, loading time on first load is 2 mins, on second load it's 20/30 seconds as it decompress files, only needs to do it once, scenery is drawn very well, need a half descent pc to make full use of the game mind you I7 plus 16gb and a 4gb card in use atm and it works fine, speed in game is quite rapid and no refresh or re draw of the screen so it's all in the engine

not sure New market looked like this in the 1950's either, but street view looks good and everything moves once pause is off, which all adds to the feel, can't say anything about bugs etc as only had a few mins looking, but seems stable but would need a few hours to really hammer in and make a better opinion on that...

game has a inbuilt editor which lets you do almost anything, i'm building a mountain atm as you can see, as long as you can afford the building costs that is, the editor can do what ever you want it to do, in free mode, money doesn't come into it, so you do as you like, would be a walk in the park to build maps and missions for this game with the editor it has with it, simple and quick and made rather well

I looked at it, but there isn't any AI competition.

Though it is much cheaper than a model railroad layout.

zakblood:

I read many posts asking for an editor, and it already has one? Maybe they were wanting a map editor though. Those pictures are beautiful. Did you have any lag?

Aurelian:

Lots of complaints about no AI. Makes me wonder if they will add that as DLC?

I read the forum posts off and on every day, and there are so many issues that more than one player complains about that it makes me wonder whether to buy yet or not. This is my kind of game, but without a demo, I am being careful. Been buying too many games this year. Boy have I... and many of them from Matrix. [8D] [8|] [X(]

UPDATE: I gave in and bought the game. I'm just too curious to not try it myself. Another brick in the wall. [:)]

UPDATE-2: Getting a refund now. What a piece of junk. Not one word from the developer either. Nothing.
