v1.00 Manual and strategy guides

Compliments on the content of the manual and strategy guides.
They are awesome, and the manual template is very nice to look at.

I'd wish though that the strategy guides were using the same template for the look and feel als the manual.
The current look and feel doesn't really fit the rest of the documentation.

Noticed that there is no mention of trade from Finland in the manual.

The Manual lists those neutrals that trade with Germany, but Finland doesn't provide the Axis with any income unless it joins the Axis.
