D3DX9_43.dll

Got the game from AGEod and having no problems just when trying to open from steam get the error "D3DX9_43.dll"
I found that and dl it and put in windows system32 but did not work, any other suggestions ?

Download this file from Microsoft:

Run and extract it to a folder of your choice. Open that folder and find a file named "DXSETUP.exe". Run and let it install a full version of DirectX9c. Check if the issue with the game is fixed.
