Beta Reward Codes - problem should now be fixed

Hello all

There are reports that the beta test discount codes are not working (with the result you are being charged the full amount)

We are investigating this and will look to address it asap
In the meantime I recommend delaying ordering until we have fixed.

EDIT - as of 17.15 UK time the beta coupon problem should now be fixed

Coupon works now. But I can't seem to get the PayPal payment option to show up.
It forces me to add a creditcard.

Can confirm - code works and even paypal window opened properly - downloading the game now

No luck sofar with Chrome either.

I've just found out the issue.
When the amount is 0 euro's the PayPal button just won't show up.
Even when adding shipping costs.
It will only show when i'm not using a 100% discount voucher.
Perhaps you can make me a 99% one. [:D]

Yes. That's a know issue that unfortunately it's not yet fixed.

I get this error with perfectly valid credit cards:
FAULT
Error occured during charging your credit card, please contact technical support at storesupport@matrixgames.com for help.

Message returned by the payment gateway:

The order failed because shopper payment details were incorrect or insufficient.
