Is there any way to use one of the existing Strategic Advice templates and edit it for a modded event?

I'm not sure what the official response is, but I did one by opening an existing one in Paint.Net, then erasing the existing text [painting over it], and then adding in my own. I found that to be fairly easy, but since then I have been just using regular pop-ups because they are easier to do, but I guess you know that already.

OK thanks. I'll do that. I wasn't sure if overwriting with my own text would remove the nice colours of the template background.

I don't overwrite it, I copy a blank part of it, and paste that over the existing text [;)] Sometimes you can be creative or artistic to get it to match exactly, but generally I don't get fussy with it as no one will really notice unless they scrutinize it. Once you have it blank you can add in your own text easy-peasy. If you have any trouble let me know, I'll gladly show you how.

I found the empty templates in the Media folder in separate folders for each country.
