Stuck after finishing the Dunkirk scenario

I also got a problem since the installation of "Blitzkrieg" and wonder if you are already aware of it, respectively if you have any hint to overcome it.

After finishing the Dunkirk scenario I am transferred back to the main screen, but there I find the map of the Pacific region with details from the European theater mixed. No way to exit the screen other than shutting down the game completely, but also no chance to advance to the next scenario, since the buttons are missing.

I only have one possible hint: I had purchased the original Pacific war issues before "World War 2" was released. When I tried to implement "Winter War" after installation of ""World War 2" I had a problem with the older files and had to reinstall all the releases completely (actually twice). Worked nicely though until now...

That was the only odd thing occurring and I don't know whether or not these matters are related. If push comes to shove I can exercise this again, but maybe there is a way to work around.
