System Model: Surface Pro 3 (tablet)

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

User DPI Setting: Using System DPI
System DPI Setting: 144 DPI (150 percent)

no default use of DPI, default is 96dpi, used because screen size and make, had this issue before, or seen in other game anyway

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5000

Display Memory: 2160 MB
Dedicated Memory: 112 MB (not high enough)
Shared Memory: 2048 MB

Current Mode: 2160 x 1440

Driver Date/Size: 11/17/2015 old, newer is out, but won't help this error either for a guess, as my opinion is the gpu isn't powerful enough to run the size of screen or the textures in game on the amount of base ram, adding in system ram slows the system down, while it's not short of cpu power, vga is lacking, what you can do to help it, is alter the screen size for the game, but i'd guess on a tablet which was made to be viewed on a given size, that will be harder to do than say / type about it.

imo not the boards or the developers either, the cpu in the tablet is plenty to run most games, where the onboard GPU chip which is the cpu/vga combo which does both slows down the cpu to do vga work, steals system ram to power it, so causes a crash or error, some games with how they are made work on this sort of set up, others don't, either an odd error, or don't work at all, i'm not sure as it's not been tested on it to my knowleadge either so can't say if it will or won't, but also not sure the developer can do anything either, but that's for him to comment on, i'm just giving my honest opinion, so which maybe wrong

no game related errors in logs, all system errors / windows one

For reference I use a Surface Pro 4 which works just fine. But the resolution is higher than the SP3 and DPI default to 200% rather than 150%. Try disabling DPI scaling on the game exe. If this works but you find it too small you will have to change it for your entire desktop to 200%.

Edit: changed the image.

ok thanks, all extra info is welcome, please send the messages with this and link the email to this post and email the save to hcater@furysoftware.com

then the developer maybe able to see what's causing the error hopefully
