Case Blue 42 Scenario - No RN carriers?

Just started a 42 campaign game as Allies, but - as the title says - there's not a single CV in the Royal Navy's OOB.

Why?
"A big butcher's bill is not necessarily evidence of good tactics"

- Wavell's reply to Churchill, after the latter complained about faint-heartedness, as he discovered that British casualties in the evacuation from Somaliland had been only 260 men.

It was an oversight that will be addressed, though the Formidable will arrive in October 1942 at Gibraltar.

No wonder I am simply unable to win, playing as Allies - I'm being sabotaged! [:D]

Well then, I'll try the 43' campaign...
