How to effectively bomb infantry? (Scenario Test)

Hi guys. i build a small scenario where you (USA) have to bomb a dozen of enemies infantry companies...
Honestly looks like it's too hard to destroy them. I tried with CBU 103 bombs (i though they were designed to kill infantry... but nothing...)

What do you suggest?
What is the best American choice to wipe out the enemies?

I think it's a bug with the INF Coy (company) Unit.
If you bomb Inf Plt CBU 103 work very well
