Reinstalling on new machine..Key Number Issue

Bought new machine with windows 10...Game installed fine...However dont have the button to for search for update on opening screen..Tried to update to version 1.30 and tells me i have a key number issue and contact Matrix. I can play and version 1.00 as per orginal install. On my other machine which is soon to go everything is fine
