70th Rifle Division HQ

In the game, T1, the 70th Rifle Division is directly attached to the Northern Front.

All the references (Crofoot, Glantz, Martinez) I have seen for this division state that it was assigned to the 50th Corp, 23rd Army, (and held in reserve at Leningrad).

I would suggest that the HQ for the 70th RD be updated to the 50th Corps. Location does not need to change.
