[FIXED B906.19] Subs bouncing from deep to shallow to deep, ignoring mission settings (Build 906.18)

Save File Attached. Not sure if this problem existed prior to 906.18, but I believe it didn't.

Open save file and switch to China side. To the SW of Taiwan there are 2 Chinese subs (Shang Class and Yuan Class). Watch how they bounce from their proper mission depths, then surface, and back to depth again. Other Chinese subs to the North of Taiwan are acting similar.

Yes, can confirm this in one of my scenarios too. The subs sink normally, then teleport to the surface and sink normally again, repeatedly.
