[FIXED v1.11 SR7] Build 906.21 - All enemy airbases now show as individual units, not groups

I saw the change log for Build 906.21. Was it intended that all red-side airbases now show as individual components (runways, access points, ammo dumps, etc.) and not grouped units? The Group/Unit view does not change this.
