You need update 1.01.01 for the PBEM functionality (it's the second update of this game). You can find the link to it in the Beta Forum

I put up a challenge. I know understand that we can talk to setup options then post the challenge. I am not sure how to set it up with a password so that only you can join.

There is a bug where the info box to set up a challenge just disappears but I can get it back by typing something. A challenge with this Beta.
