Modifying units in France Campaign

I am trying to add AA units to the French Army using the editor. I am able to add AA guns to existing French units in the database. However, when I load the game, the new AA units are not appearing in the scenario. What is the trick to update an existing scenario with the new database information? I have read the Case Blue editing manual and no luck in answering my question. Thanks!

You need to make the change in:
* Unit submenu
and for propper integrity rules also in:
* Historical Unit submenu
