74th RD and Tankettes

fyi

here is an interesting historical anomaly.

Apparently (according to Askey) the 74th RD still had a platoon (16)of tankettes (2 man tank under 6 ton, with only machine guns) on its establishment.

For those who like an historic OOB and establishment the most practical way to simulate this would be to increase the number of T 38's in this division to 20.
