I've searched in the rules but didn't find it.

When are Tank/Heavy tank regiments available for the soviet player as SU?

Also separate tank bataillon upgrade to tank regiment (same number of tanks, but more escort infantry) beginning 1943.
Brakes are for cowards !!

Thanks to you both.

For Stelteck, it seems to me that a patch prevented now SU tank battallion to upgrade to tank regiment end 1942.

In my AAR against pelon with patch 1.09 tank bataillon did convert. If there is an update about this it is really new.
