That was fast work. Out of curiosity, does the 4.4 contain the much praised From Utah to Rhine campaign?

The Utah to Rhine Campaign should have been in the 4.3 version, Niko. Have you checked your campaign list in the game? It should be there if you have downloaded and installed 4.3...Enjoy!

Mr. Heath, Wild Bill:

Is v4.4 the release version of v4.3 Beta? Or are there additional bug fixes in 4.4?

Thanks,

v4.4 has other bug fixes for PBEM, VCR Replay and disappearing units problem. There are some other bugs as well that have been corrected.

Does 4.4 screw up any current PBEM or campaign games I have currently running in 4.3b?

Question,
I've upgraded to ver. 4.3b and am playing a PBEM game. I want to start another game with a different opponent. He has ver.4.4. Can I play against the 4.4 ver with 4.3 without too many problems?
Thanks for any replys, and A BIG THANKS to the Matrix Guys for making a GREAT game BETTER!!!

You can't change the executable or OOBs if you are playing a secure PBEM game. So you can't upgrade to 4.4 yet.

SO,
If I'm playing unsecure PBEM, I can upgrade without messing up the game?

In a word, NO
According to the installation instructions, saved games from previous versions are not compatible with ver 4.4. Ver 4.4 pbem turns now have 4 files. .aux, .dat, .cmt and .rec

They struggled with a ferocity that was to be expected of brave men fighting with forlorn hope against an enemy who had the advantage of position......knowing that courage was the one thing that would save them.
