[FIXED] ADM-141C ITALD infinite flight when loitering

Launching an ADM-141C ITALD [Active RF]
From the F-14B Tomcat (Navy), 2002, LANTIRN

Causes it to fly indefinitely without stopping, no fuel indicator on the weapon.

Recreated the bug twice, save attached.
