Game not responding to right-click for movement

Post by PaulTeitelbaum »

The game is not responding when I do a right-click to move during the movement phase. I get the to point where the map displays the small white dots to show where I should be able to move the unit. However, when I right-click on a destination hex nothing happens.

just to be sure it's nothing else really...

Please attach a DxDiag report fie.
How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8/10 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8/10)
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
6. Attach the file to your message
7, if your new and can't / don't have permission etc, then copy paste into a reply

The small white dots are more for weapons range not where you can move units. The white hex outline adjacent to the unit is where you can move the unit depending on cost of terrain and number of movement factors used etc. Notice that in the Advance Phase your unit can only move one hex and that's the hex that is outlined. Dots more for shooting![:)]

Just to be sure, are you following the following procedure in your Movement Segment?

1. Select the hex where your unit to move is
2. Select the unit in the Unit Control Panel
3. Right click on the adjacent hex where you want your unit to move to

The possible hexes to move your unit to should be outlined with white lines, or red if it is the last possible hex to move to
