Shock Army Morale Bonus

The morale bonus does not seem to appear on the unit screen of Infantry units now in my shock armies. [Still 45 in late 1941]. Is it just factored invisibly in the combat resolution?

There is no more morale bonus, the manual is out of date.

Shock army now provide an administration leadership +1 bonus and have a large capacity.

Thanks. can you clarify what a large capacity of an shock army means? I think a front rather than an army has a command capacity limit, but I am likely wrong. Another reading assignment, but limited to the out of date manual.

Armies have command capacity limits too. Late 1942 a normal army have 18 cp Max. but a shock army have a better maximum.
