Load out problem

I can no longer add drop tanks to my P-51 Mustangs - the only load out available is "none" or 2 x 500lb bombs. The drop tanks were listed before but now they have disappeared! Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?[:(]

What is the model of aircraft and what is the date? Some load outs for the P-51B-1 have availability date from 1943/12.

It's Oct 2 1943 and the aircraft is a P-51B-1 Mustang. One of the groups did have the drop tanks; I changed it to "none" and now I can't change it back[:@] My P-47 Thunderbolts and P-38 Lightnings do have drop tanks available.

So far it sounds that problem was that one of your P51 had DT option which shouldn't be available yet. I suspect it could be a problem with load out auto selection function.

P47 (1943/7) and P38(from the start) have early DT availability.

That makes sense - I reloaded an earlier save from my campaign and none of the P-51 groups have drop tanks available. So I will just have to wait until December 1943[:(] Thanks for responding. [8D]
