TOAW Combat Phases

Post by jeffnward »

I've wanted to love previous versions of TOAW, but it's virtually impossible to match the AI in correctly managing your potential attack phases.

To wit, if you sit back and watch the AI play both sides of a scenario, no matter how hard I try, it invariably gets double the the number of attack phases I would get on the same turn, with the same side, in the same scenario.

I hope that imbalance is fixed in the upcoming TOAW IV. Thank you.

I think you will find the new combat management system in TOAW IV is much more user-friendly. It is hard to describe on the forum; stay tuned.
