Minor Existing Scenario Edits

Hi all,

For not especially serious scenario designers (I for example merely want to test our Barbarossa with the Soviet "defensive" deployment further back at the "old 1939" border). All I really need to do for that is:

1. A move units further east on the map (easily done on the map)

2. Delete a whole load of surplus to requirements HQs - this I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do. Is there a way of just clicking on a unit or HQ and just deleting it? Rather than having to go into OOB and deleting it there - which for a couple of hundred units is an enormous pain.
