Did I miss something or is ist not wad?

Image from a current PbEM, turn after the Axis conquered Algeria. I have been prepared to prevent Spain from joining the Axis I thought:

De 603 – germany: entice franco to enter the War? § event fires: If France has surrendered, Italy has joined the Axis, Spain is neutral but with at least a 30% leaning towards the Axis, Algiers and Casablanca are in Axis hands, with a German unit within 3 hexes of Algiers, and there are no Allied troops in France, or within 5 hexes of Oran or Casablanca.

Weird thing is, Casablanca is allied, but the port is german (and if someone is asking: allied troops entered Casablanca the date of the DoW). What did I get wrong, or is it a bug?

I'm not sure, has the port changed to your allegiance in the next Allied turn?

the port is a minor issue, I guess it will change next turn, which hadn`t happen yet.

The issue is that Spain already entered the Axis. And this shouldn`t happen, if I understand the description in the manual correctly.

Ah, sorry, I was so focused on the port that I missed the bit about Casablanca. I'll investigate this, thanks. [:)]
