Strike Mission Planning

Is there a way to create a strike mission with multiple waypoints w/altitude & throttle settings? When I create one, I can select the "off-axis attack allowed" checkbox, but that's it. What I want to do is set my own transit course, set some terrain following waypoints, an IP, the strike, and an egress route, all before mission start, rather than doing it on the fly while the mission is in progress. Is this possible?
