Installing community content

Post by Sugar »

After downloading the content I`m facing an issue with installing the content: I´ve been able to extract it into the right folder, but when I doubleclick to install, the given path does not lead into my installation; and I´m not enabled to change it to the right path:

Although the mods show up in the menu, there`s something missing:

Yes I 'm getting the same error.
In Fall Weiss not finding campaign.ini prevents the customization of units.

I just downloaded this...but I am a little reticent to try and install it after reading the two posts above...

I'm sure it will be fixed in a jiffy if it's in anyway related to the download package...

Hi Sugar,

The installation path is correct as it should install to your user folder, and not to the installation folder, however there looks to be something amiss with the Matrix installer and I've let the team know and hopefully this will be resolved shortly.

That being said, it looks like the Steam install works fine, but the caveat is that the Steam install will only install the Community Pack if you haven't already tried the Matrix install.

Apologies for the issues you experienced with the Matrix Installer.

This bug has now been resolved, and the latest installer can be downloaded here.

Please let us know if you are still having issues getting this working after downloading and running this latest version however.

Happy Gaming!
