In the 43-45 Campaign with additional Air HQs, the CO of the 3rd Bomb Division does not appear in the leaders section of the CR.

He's active from 10/43 on and will likely not shown earlier

Hi

He was promoted to Brigadier General September 28, 1943. So the available Date 10 1943 seems to be reasonable.
