Shifting Sands Load sequence

I just bought Shifting Sands, first time buying an add-on. Where do I install it too, the CMNAO Scenario folder, the Live folder or just load it into the CMNAO folder. Also, there are three files, 1.13.exe,
1.13.2 and 1.13.3, which file do I select to install it.

The scenario files are already on your system?

Please make sure you got the latest version of the game engine, B972.11:
