To get the sound effect file to work you're going to have to take the ".txt" off the filename leaving the *.ogg" there
as the last thing on the filename. Enjoy.

Oh, I got this from Dr. Klink and he got it from somewhere. There's sound effects web sites that have tons of sound
effects.
