Only shows Three Scenarios...how to play the others?

Post by Rusty1961 »

Hello,

Loving Kasserine, but how do I access the other scenarios? It only shows Kass, Tannen and the tutorial.

Thanks!

You have to change folder directories. When your at the scenario selection screen hit the button on the bottom left, looks like a folder tree.

Hi everyone,

After clicking on the select default directory button, I get the error the system cannot find the specified path and the game crashes. I use windows 11 notebook with non latin username.

I found a topic on steam with a similar problem

Not an issue that we've encountered before. I can only suggest you move all the game's scenario files into the Tutorial folder.

Solved the problem
In windows 11, the game directory had this location
C:\Users\Username\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\The Operational Art of War IV

I uninstalled Onedrive by saving my personal files from documents and then made a new windows account
After reinstalling, the game started working and had the following location
C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\The Operational Art of War IV

Thanks Catoprion for showing me the way, slightly similar issue related to OneDrive for me, install put config files scenarios, saves etc... in ...\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\The Operational Art of War IV

My OneDrive is set to keep files in the cloud unless they're called for, and I don't always have OneDrive running, so system called for them but with OneDrive not running couldn't download them. Once I changed the setting for this directory to ALWAYS keep the contents on the drive AND I have OneDrive ALWAYS running (I set to load at startup), the game found everything and loaded fine.
