new player LF first PBEM game, prefer allies - Fall Weiss scenario?

Hi,

I haven't played any PBEM and haven't actually played the game since I got it last year when I played for a week or two. However I noticed some Fall Weiss II scenario AAR's. I haven't read them all but it seemed like a fun and balanced scenario perhaps(?)

I'd like to find an axis opponent who is also new to PBEM. I am really no good with the game so playing Axis would be a bad idea since I'd flounder to do even the basic things like conquer France on time, etc. If you are expert it won't be a good game as I am not good with the SC2 system.

I'm also open to any house rules like limits on tech or limits on diplo chits as it seems from browsing some AAR's that lopsided games often result from crazy diplomatic stuff like Spain, Turkey, or other countries joining Axis.

I'll probably try to do an AAR since I always appreciate those player who post up their AAR's so it's good to contribute back.

Never played the Fall Weiss II mod. My knowledge of it is limited to reading the AARs on it.

Korut Zelva, it seems that you are quite a good player so I doubt I'd have much chance. Let me see if anyone else replies to play Fall Weiss.

I've started one game as allies. I wouldn't mind a game as Axis if any other newbies are out there waiting for a game of Fall Weiss II.
