Mod installation help

I have searched in these forums and google as well..i cannot find anything helpful on installing these mods. Can someone please point me to the information or post how/where everything goes. Great game but some of these mods i would def like to try out.

most mods are installed using in game installer. on start up page it is listed.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

no the game open the game get to page that lets you select stuff and it is there

Yes, download the .atzip file someplace. Then click the button "Install Zip/File", browse to the file and select the atzip file and keep clicking to complete.
