Bug in PBEM.

Second game I have this bug.
When I open a file saved by my opponent, I see all units but can do nothing...
First time was in Falklands War, played as the argentina, try to open the turn 15 then I see everything but can do no action.
This time was with Road to Rimini, turn 10.
Join is a screenshot of this second game.
The 2 games are still in my PBEM "load turn" if necessary.

Be careful with a sleeping bear ;-)
