Does ARMDIV give any bonus on blitz in clear 2D10?

An ARM gives +1. Does ARMDIV give anything?

EDIT: I answered my own question by running a test game. ARMDIV gives +.5 on 2D10 blitz combats in clear in case anyone else is wondering. [:)]
