Alternate purchasing options?

Alternate purchasing options?

I'm told by someone trying to buy TOAWIV that the site is rejecting their credit card for unknown reasons. Is there an alternate place to make the purchase other than from the main TOAW site? Thanks

Huh.

Well I know the attempted purchaser doesn't have a login, unified or otherwise. Are you saying that if he creates an account and is logged in, it might work for him?

If he has an account and he's logged in that account when placing the order, at least we will be able to see the logs of the transaction if it fails.
We might then find the reason and try to correct it, if possible. Obviously, he will also have to contact us at support (open a helpdesk ticket or send an email to support[at]slitherine.co.uk) after the transaction fails.
