Iraq revolt question

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Iraq revolt question

Post by Taxman66 »

Sorry if these were asked before:

1. What happens if the UK has a unit in Bagdad when the Iraq revolt fires?

2a. If the UK has 2 units next to Bagdad when the revolt fires, do they stay there?
2b. If 'yes' to 2a. (and the UK units go out of supply) do they still count towards the chance for ending the revolt immediately and on consecutive turns?

I'm thinking in a future game (presuming the answer to Question 1 is either: 'It is bounced to UK territory' or 'It is destroyed') of putting 2 GAR units next to Bagdad before they revolt.

Hi

If Iraq has already joined the war for either side then there will be no coup, so the question of what happens to a British unit in Baghdad won't apply.

Of course, I was being dumb and thought the UK had acces to its territory.
