Stuck in Bootcamp 1

Hi. Started playing Campaign Series. Completed bootcamp 1. Game asks me to save and I click yes. The game goes immediately back to the main screen. When I click on resume saved game, it takes me to where I left off at the end of bootcamp 1. It never allows me to progress to bootcamp 2. When I click on start new game it only allows me to play bootcamp 1. Any ideas?

Did you install the game in the default location?

Did you update the install to the 1.02 UPDATE?

(FYI, 2.00 should be released in the new year)
