Each hex is about 0.8 Km which is about 1/3 the TOAW game scale.
However, from my readings due to the weather the battle was largely fought at close quarters and that includes artillery which sometimes fired point blank at the enemy. So I took a liberty with the game scale for this scenario the artillery may not have its full range, but I believe it works well.

Units are Battalion, with a few Company strength units.
