Regarding the last scenario, and if you play as the German commander, you will see that it is not easy to win the computer.

DEBRIS
Debris represents scattered cannon barrels, pipes, steel girders and useless machinery, as well as other "light" rubble. They are also temporary warehouses of products in progress that were formed in the exteriors of the main buildings of the factories. The transport trains could directly load the finished products of the same debris.
1) Is "whole hex LOS.”
2) It has a +1 TEM and is 1 level LOS Hindrance.
3) Debris may not be created during the play.
4) Infantry must expend 2 MF to enter a debris Location.
5) The only vehicle type that may enter debris is a fully tracked AFV, which does so by expending 5 MP of its MP allotment.
6) A Fortification not may exist in a debris Location.
7) Debris hex may also exist inside a factory.

FACTORY
a) A Factory represents any warehouse/machine shop type structure with high ceilings and large work bays lacking interior walls or subdivisions.
b) In the game, a factory is represented only the interior of the factory, unlike the other buildings that are represented with its roof.
c) Normally, a factory building has one or more road entering it.
d) A factory hex consists of an interior hex and a factory hexside.
e) A factory hexside represents the façade of the factory building.
f) The facade hexside of the factory normally only allows the passage of the infantry through the facade.
g) A Factory (facade hexside) is a LOS obstacle.
h) A factory has no upper level floors—all occupants are at ground level.
i) A Factory interior hex does not block LOS between units in the same building, provided that LOS is traced entirely within the building depiction—although each such hex a LOS is traced through is a hindrance (degrading) to LOS.
j) The TEM of a Factory hex to fire traced completely through the same building is the TEM inside the each hex of the Factory.
k) Normal building TEM (usually +4) applies to Fire from outside the Factory vs a Factory Location.
l) The cost of movement directly from a Factory hex to another Factory hex of the same building through a Factory hexside, it depends on the nature of the factory hex to which the unit moves.
m) A vehicle already within a Factory hex may move inside the same building at cost of the factory hex to which the vehicle moves.
n) A vehicle may entry or exit a building but must pay normal building entrance or exit costs and as long as the facade of the factory allows it.
o) Factories do not have cellars.
p) A rubbled Factory hex, although no longer a building hex, is still a part of the Factory.
q) Vehicles can only enter or leave a factory through the road entering or leaving said factory building.
r) A non-rubbled Factory Location that has a road entering it is considered a Vehicular-Sized Entrance.
s) Within a factory there may be hexsides that block LOS and movement through them.
t) It is considered that the hexsides that block LOS and movement through them to extend from the Base Level of the Location to the underside of the roof (even if the roof itself does not exist).
u) A Roofless Factory Hex represents a portion of the Factory in which the roof has collapsed.
v) A Roofless Factory hex is depicted allowing the entry of outside sunlight into the affected hexes.
w) A Roofless Factory hex, aside from not having a roof, is considered a building in all respects.
x) All non-rubbled Roofless Factory Hexes contain debris.
y) Only building (not Factory debris) TEM applies to a Direct Fire attack whose LOS is not traced entirely within the Factory.
z) All categories of Guns may set up in a Factory.
aa) A Gun only may enter/exit a Factory via a Vehicular Sized Entrance (using the Entrance's movement benefits).

TRAINS
Trains played a big role in the strategic aspects of WWII. Many battles were fought over or around them, and partisan activity often centred around disrupting the flow of men and supplies along them. Trains were an important terrain feature throughout the world, especially in northwest Europe where they were readily encountered. While trains often had a distinctive effect on tactical level com-bat, their presence just as frequently had no appreciable impact. Some of the battles took place on or around railroads, but there was no indication that the existence of the train had any impact on the fighting. The embanked trains in Stalingrad played an important role in the early German attacks into the factories.
a) TRAINS TYPES: There are three types of trains. Ground level trains which exist at ground level, Elevated trains which are a one level obstacle, and Sunken trains which are a -1 level Depression.
b) Even though the art work is different, double and single track trains are treated in the same manner for the purpose of trains rules.
c) Trains are represented by black rails on a grey-blue and brown rail bed.
d) The trains are located on the hexides.
e) Trains are considered hexsides as wall, hedge, etc.
f) The MF/MP expenditure required to cross a train hexside is determined by the type of hexside being crossed and whether or not a higher elevation is being crossed.
g) A road that runs up to a train hex and continues beyond it in an adjacent non-train hex crosses the train via one of the three types of train crossings.
h) A unit crossings a train hexside via a road hexside not pay the normal train hexside COT rather it pays the road COT.
i) A unit crossing a road hexside may enter at the normal road rate.

EXAMPLE OF MOVEMENT IN FACTORY AND TRAIN TRACKS:
The Panzergrenadiers squad moves to the inside of the Factory.
Spend 1 MF to cross the train tracks. Then spend another 1 MF to "traverse" the Factory façade. Finally, spend 2 MF to occupy the Factory hex (Debris).
On the next turn, he decides to leave the Factory.
Then, spend 1 MF to "cross" the Factory façade. Then, spend another 1 MF to cross the train tracks. Finally, spend another 2 MF to occupy the hex with Shellholes.
