Anyone know what the event does - it just fired

What version of WON do you have? I was unable to locate evt_txt_AUS_Metternich in the RC for v1.03.

However, I did find evt_txt_FRA_MetternichChancellor1809 which is associated with the flavor event evt_nam_FRA_MetternichChancellor1809.
The event has a 75% chance to fire during the month of October in 1809 and the associated text is:
Count Klemens von Metternich was appointed chancellor and foreign minister of Austria. He replaced Johann Philipp von Stadion, who had argued for a war of revenge against France, relying on patriotic elan. Metternich is more flexible and had been ambassador at both Berlin and Paris.

The event improves the Austrian VP by 25 points and a slight change of morale for both France and Austria.
