Campaign not loading

Download was successful. Main menu opens, I pick a campaign and my specifics, the campaign info loads, and I click start the scenario and nothing happens. All that remains is the main menu.

Anyone have this problem? I am working with Windows 10.

game works fine with windows 10, and welcome to the forum, you may just need to add or alter so of your settings as shown, or see if something on your pc has stopped a process from running like your AV etc
